2004 Grand Prix - Need Suspension Question

My Grand Prix has 170k miles on it & I think its the original suspension. I want to get the suspension back to new or close to new & was wondering what you recommend. Looking for quality and value.

1) What are Ica's?
2) What brand/model of shocks and struts?

1) Lca = lower control arms
2) For shocks kyb gr-2

Lower control arms you can get from rockauto.com. Shocks you can get just about anywhere
