no not a SII L67 swap...a SI L67 swap... M62
it's a 95 so it's likely a SI with the roller rocker heads (i've seen one VERY late production 95 regal with a SII build date was 8/95 and had a 3800 series II plaque on the trunklid fyi)

he doesnt even have to remove the heads...LIM, SC accessory drive etc and throw it on! the high compression tall deck/longrod SI block with a blower is a real kick in the pants...
