Depends on how old your current ones are. I would drop the Flowmasters and Wizaired CAI off your list also.

Go BLUE! As for the car, the headers, 3.4 pulley, res delete and HOME MADE cai will change your exhaust note. If you want a different sound after all of that, I would look into getting a glasspack to replace the resonator.

So many haters for State. I just want a deep tone, no ricey crap. The deeper the better. I know about making my own CAI but I don't wanna mess anything up. My car has sensor or something on the tube going to the airfilter and something else that's big off the back of the tube too. I don't know what they are and I don't wanna mess anything up.

Its just your air intake temperature sensor. You just drill a hole into the pipe you get. You wont get a deep tone out of a 3800. This is mine, with PEMS, 3" downpipe, 3.3 pulley and res replaced with 3" pipe and stock muffs. Grand Prix exhaust - YouTube

Only spartans are scared to try something new. There are plenty of write ups on here for it. You got your gauges wired up, an air intake will be cake. Oh and

Do not remove the stock resonator, because it will sound terrible.

Do not buy ZZP wires, they are garbage. In fact, I sent them back after ~20k miles, and got a full refund after filing a complaint.
I am running stock wires again, yes the original. The car ran 15s with these wires, and the car ran 12s with these wires. Judging from your year; ohm your spark plug wires out and if they vary too excessively, buy a new set.

Do not buy a WizAired, it will not do much besides look cool. A big filter bolted off the throttle body is enough to get the job done.

The headers with downpipe will be the most satisfying and useful modification plus put the biggest smile on your face for the least amount of wasted money. You can't lose.

Yeah I'll most likely make my own CAI, since it's Alot cheaper too. What size Downpipe comes with the Speed Daddy Headers? 2.5 or 3in?
