I just got my 360 back from Microsoft. The only problem that I had was the customer service rep. Yea, I got an overseas rep on the phone too, and I was on the phone for almost 45 minutes because she would ask me what was wrong, ask me to hold, ask me my address, ask me to hold, ask me what was wrong AGAIN, ask me to hold, confirm my address and what is wrong AGAIN, and that just went on and on. It was the most annoying customer service call ever. They did send me a free Xbox Live 1 month subscription though, so I'm happy about that.
