How exactly do you go about trying to open suicide doors the wrong way? The one linked above has no exterior handles so solves that, but still how is someone damaging the car by trying to open them the wrong way? Grab handle on interior and push or popper on the exterior. Not to mention, how many people are gonna have a car like that and be giving strangers a ride in it that wouldn't know about the car at all. I just don't see any way to improperly use them and damage the car unless you expect it to go one way and it flies the other and hits the car parked next to you. Not like they are jamming a crowbar in the gap and trying to pry it open cuz they can't figure it out and the driver refuses to tell them.

If you have that much free time and in a shop on top of it, then you have no excuse not to customize the hell out of that car. Modify the stock parts, find a kit close to what you like, or make your own. It's not a cakewalk, but that much time consistently and you can design and create your own and make a one-time use or low quantity mold really quite easily. If you're not comfortable with those, just a custom paint scheme and possibly minor add-ons can completely evolve the vehicle.
