02 GP GT Coupe Security Question???

While cleaning out the car I found this "antenna" looking thing in the trunk under the spare tire. Does anyone recognize what this might be??? It has 3M Tape in four locations which makes me believe that it attaches to the glass somewhere. I'm just trying to figure out what it's for. Thanks.

Looks like a UHF/VHF antenna for a TV. Used to put these in cops vehicles that did second jobs as security. They pretty much sat in their car and watched TV. Although, these are obsolete now that it's a digital world. You need TracVision or something similar now.

Thats true. The good old days are over! Everything is digital now. My Fobs should be here tomorrow and the radio will be here next Monday. I can't wait to have some tunes in the car already.
